Claims (1)
- シリンダ内壁に摺接して往復運動するピストン
の直線運動を、ヨーク及びこのヨークを取り付け
た駆動軸の回転運動に変換するピストンロツド不
要のロータリアクチユエータにおいて、ピストン
を２個の摺動部と、中空部を挾んで両摺接部に一
体的に連結する中間リブとによつて構成し、該中
間リブに取り付けたトラニオンピンとバタフライ
弁に連結した駆動軸とをそれぞれシリンダの軸芯
の反対側へ偏心させると共に、駆動軸を上記ピス
トンの中空部内に貫通させてシリンダに取り付け
、駆動軸に固着したヨークのヨーク溝にトラニオ
ンピンを係合させて、ピストンの往復運動により
駆動軸を回転させる如くなし、更に上記ヨークの
長さをヨークが揺動した時にヨーク先端がシリン
ダと干渉しない程度の長さとし、シリンダを直筒
状となしたことを特徴とするバタフライ弁駆動用
ロータリアクチユエータ。
