In order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the present invention provides a hopper containing a solid filler such as granules, powder, or fine powder, and a system for continuously taking out a predetermined amount of the solid filler in the hopper. In order to do this, the appropriate amount taking out means connected to the outlet of the hopper is passed through a gap formed between the cylindrical wall body connected to the lower part of the appropriate amount taking out means and the guide member provided on the outer periphery thereof. A strip film is arranged so that its edges are overlapped and transferred downward, and the tubular wall body is heat-sealed to form a tubular bag by heat-sealing the overlapping portions of both side edges of the strip film. A vertical heat-sealing means provided along the axial direction presses and heat-seals a predetermined lower position of the cylindrical bag formed by the vertical heat-sealing means, and the cylindrical bag is sealed for a required length. In a continuous filling stay packaging device comprising a pair of horizontal heat-sealing means that can be freely driven to move the bag downward, the cylindrical bag is pressed and released by the horizontal heat-sealing means directly below the cylindrical wall. A pair of second tubes that temporarily heat seal the cylindrical bag above the solid filling position in conjunction with the operation.
A horizontal heat sealing means is provided, and a receiving member and a detection rod are mounted on a support plate suspended from the lower surface of each horizontal heat sealing member of the second horizontal heat sealing means, and the mounting height and opposing protrusion length are adjusted respectively. The solid filler to be filled into the cylindrical bag body is freely mounted oppositely through the substantially uppermost end portion of the solid filler, and the front end of the detection rod facing the receiving member is always urged in the direction of the receiving member by a spring. A mechanical detection member consisting of a sensor such as a proximity switch for simultaneously detecting whether the height and thickness of the solid filling in the cylindrical bag are within a predetermined value. The object of the present invention is to provide a continuous filling stick packaging device with an empty bag and quantitative filling detection device, which is provided in close proximity to the rear end of the detection rod.

Using the above-mentioned means, first, a predetermined position below the cylindrical bag is transferred downward by a required length while being pressed and clamped by the first horizontal heat sealing means, and then the cylindrical bag is moved downward by a required length. Filling the cylindrical bag pressed and clamped by the second horizontal heat-sealing means for temporarily heat-sealing provided directly below the wall with the solid filling via the appropriate amount taking-out means and the cylindrical wall. Then, the temporarily heat-sealed area is sequentially pressed and clamped by the first horizontal heat-sealing means located below the second horizontal heat-sealing means and transferred downward by a required length. The solid filling is continuously filled into the cylindrical bag, and at this time, the height and thickness of the filling of the solid filling is detected by a device attached below the second horizontal heat sealing means. The means can detect and display whether or not the filling amount satisfies the specified amount.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in more detail based on the drawings. FIG. 1 is a side view showing an embodiment of the device of the present invention;
Fig. 2 is a front view thereof, Fig. 3 is a perspective view, Fig. 4 is a side view showing the main parts of the device of the present invention, Fig. 5 is an explanatory view showing its operating state, and 1 is a winding. It is a strip-shaped film such as plastic film or paper, which is rotated and arranged as appropriate so as to be freely rotatable.
This strip-shaped film 1 is placed between a cylindrical wall 5 located below the guide roller 4 and a guide member 6 provided on its outer periphery via a guide roller 2, a tension lever 3, a guide roller 4, etc. It gradually passes through the formed gap 7 (see FIG. 5A) in the direction of arrow X in a cylindrical shape. In this gap 7, both side edge portions of this strip-shaped film 1 are overlapped with each other, and when it leaves this gap 7, a complete cylindrical shape is formed. At this time, in order to ensure that when the strip film 1 passes through the gap 7 and comes out, both side edge portions thereof are always overlapped with uniform dimensions, the guide member 6 is provided with:
A lead member 9 made of a relatively hard elastic plate material such as Teflon or the like is provided between both side edges of the strip-shaped film 1, and the leading end thereof is inserted and guided. Reference numeral 10 denotes a vertical heat-sealing member provided along the axial direction of the cylindrical wall body 5, which heats and heats the band-shaped film against the cylindrical overlapping portion 11, thereby heat-sealing the overlapping portion 11. Attach by. 12 and 12' are used to press and heat-seal a lower predetermined position of the stick package 8 (cylindrical bag) formed into a cylindrical shape by the vertical heat sealing member 10, while holding the stick package 8 to a predetermined length. A pair of horizontal heat-sealing members 12 and 12' are provided so as to be freely drivable so as to move the stick package 8 downward (first horizontal heat-sealing members). It is connected to a well-known crank mechanism 13 so as to move forward from both sides and perform related operations consisting of pinching and pressing → lowering → releasing pressure → raising. 14 is connected to and driven synchronously with the horizontal heat-sealing members 12, 12' so as to cut the widthwise sealed portion 8' of the stake package 8 heat-sealed by the horizontal heat-sealing members 12, 12'. This cutting member 14 is disposed below the horizontal heat sealing members 12, 12', and the cutting member 14 is composed of a fixed blade 14a and a movable blade 14b. These fixed blades 14a and movable blades 14b are always open.
The stake package 8 is transferred downward between b.
The movable blade 14b is appropriately driven by a well-known driving means at the moment when the stick package 8 is transferred by the required length by the crank mechanism 13, or during the transfer. It has become more and more cut-off. Reference numeral 15 denotes a hopper in which a solid filler 16 in the form of granules, powder, or fine powder of pharmaceutical products, sugar, etc. is stored, and at the lower outlet of this hopper 15 there is a means for taking out an appropriate amount of the solid filler. A well-known rotary weighing machine 17 is installed in series. A chute 18 is provided at the outlet of the rotary weighing machine 17, and the tip of the chute 18 is inserted into the inside of the cylindrical wall 5, and the solid filling stored in the hopper 15 is 1
6 is periodically taken out in a predetermined amount by the rotation of the rotary weighing machine 17 (4 pieces per rotation).
(removal), passes through the cylindrical wall body 5, and is charged and filled into the stick package 8. When this charging and filling is completed, the pair of horizontal heat sealing members 12,
A pair of stick packages 8 are provided above 12', that is, directly below the cylindrical wall 5, in a substantially horizontal direction so as to be freely drivable by an air cylinder 21 or other well-known driving means, and are used to temporarily heat-seal the stick package 8. Second
The horizontal heat-sealing members 19 and 19' clamp and press both sides of the stick package 8 above the filled solid filler to temporarily heat-seal and prevent the solid filler from being filled more than a predetermined amount. It is something to do. Reference numeral 20 denotes a box body for storing the stick package 8 which is filled with a solid filler as described above and whose heat-sealed portion is cut by the cut member 14.The above structure is almost the same as the conventional device. They are the same, and the present invention includes the second horizontal heat sealing member,
A filling height and thickness detection means is provided for detecting the upper end position of the solid filling filled in the stay packaging body using a sensor, and the sensing means determines whether the filling height and thickness of the solid filling have reached predetermined values. In other words, it is designed to detect whether or not the filling amount is within the specified amount. That is, 22 in FIGS. 4 and 5
is a detection means component for detecting the height and thickness of the solid filling in the stick package 8 attached to the second horizontal heat sealing member 19, 19'; The cushion member 2 is attached to support plates 23 and 23' suspended from the lower surface of the cushion member 19' so that the mounting height and opposing protrusion length can be adjusted.
4 and a detection rod 25 are attached, and the detection member 2 equipped with a sensor such as a proximity switch is attached to the detection rod 25 side.
6 is provided. 27 is a spring that urges the detection rod 25 to protrude, and 28 is a bolt for adjusting the strength of this spring 27. Note that the filling height and thickness detection means component 22
However, the fixed blade 14a and the movable blade 14b may be rotary blades, and the fixed blade 14a and the movable blade 14b are not limited to those of this embodiment. It is also possible to do so. Next, the operation of continuously filling a stake package with a solid filler using the apparatus of the present invention will be explained step by step according to FIGS. 5A to 5F. First, as shown in FIG.
is passed through the gap 7 formed between the cylindrical wall body 5 and the guide member 6, and the overlapping portion of the cylindrical film strip 1 is heat-sealed with a vertical heat-sealing member 10 to form a staple package. 8, and a cushion member constituting a detecting means component 22 for detecting the height and thickness of the solid filler filled into the stick package 8 and between the pair of horizontal heat sealing members 19 and 19' that perform temporary heat sealing. 24 and detection rod 25
and between a pair of horizontal heat sealing members 12, 12' provided below, respectively, and set to a lower position. Next, as shown in FIG. 5B, first, the pair of horizontal heat-sealing members 19, 19' to be temporarily heat-sealed are moved forward in the direction of the arrows, and the empty stake package 8 is clamped and pressed for temporary heat-sealing. At the same time, a pair of horizontal heat-sealing members 19, 19 temporarily heat-seal the solid filling 16, which is periodically taken out from the rotary weighing machine 17, with most of it inside the cylindrical wall 5. ' causes a temporary stop. At this time, a pair of horizontal heat-sealing members 12, 12' located at a lower position also operate at a predetermined lower position to press and clamp the stake package 8 at a predetermined location. Next, as shown in FIG. Part 1
2 and 12' downward, and the stick package 8 is moved downward by a required length (one bag), as shown in FIG. 5D. The moment the stick package 8 is moved to the predetermined lower position, the cut member 14, which is interlocked with the horizontal heat seal members 12, 12', is operated to cut off the lowermost portion of the stick package 8. This cut staple package 8 is an empty bag that is not filled with solid filler. In FIGS. 5C and 5D, the pair of horizontal heat-sealing members 19 and 19' for temporarily heat-sealing remain released from pressing and holding the stake package 8. When the cutting operation by the cutting member 14 is completed, as shown in FIG. 5E, a pair of horizontal heat sealing members 19 and 19' for performing temporary heat sealing are moved forward in the direction of the arrow as in the case shown in FIG. 5B. When activated, the stick package 8 is clamped and pressed, and at the same time, the solid filling 16 is
The filling of one bag is temporarily stopped by a pair of horizontal heat sealing members 19, 19' which supply the liquid into the cylindrical wall body 5 and perform the temporary heat sealing. At this time, the horizontal heat-sealing members 12, 12' and the cut member 14, which are already in the lower position, return to their original positions, and this pair of horizontal heat-sealing members 12, 12' are attached to the previously temporarily heat-sealed stake package 8. A predetermined location is pressed and held. At this time, a detecting means component 22 for detecting the height and thickness of the solid filler in the stick package is provided below the pair of horizontal heat sealing members 12, 12' that perform the temporary heat sealing. The installation height positions and opposing protrusion lengths of the cushion member 24 and the detection rod 25 are set so that the height and thickness of the solid filler 16 filled into the stick package 8 can be detected at the same time, that is, as shown in FIG. It is adjusted and positioned at approximately the uppermost end of the solid filler 16 filled in the stick package 8. Next, as shown in FIG. While moving the sealing members 12, 12' downward and pressing and clamping the temporarily heat-sealed portion of the stick package 8 to heat-seal (in some cases, the sealing effect may be improved by cooling after heat-sealing), The stick package 8 is moved downward by a required length (one bag). Then, the moment the horizontal heat sealing members 12, 1 are transferred to a predetermined position,
The cutting member 14 interlocking with the stick package 2' is operated to cut off the lower part 8'' of the stick package 8. In this case as well, the cut off stick package 8'' has the solid filler 16. Although it is an empty bag that has not been filled, as the operation is continued one after another, the stay package 8'' filled with the solid filler 16 will be cut off, and the temporary heat seal will be cut off. A pair of horizontal heat sealing members 1
9 and 19', the height and thickness detecting means component 22 attached thereto for detecting the filling height and thickness of the solid filler 16 in the stick package 8 is activated. The amount is to be detected. That is, when the solid filler 16 is filled in a fixed amount, the detection rod 25 constituting the detection means component 22 moves to the right in FIG. 4 while compressing the spring 27 due to the resistance of the solid filler 16. , one end of the detection rod 25 is connected to the detection member 26
By detecting this, it is possible to display and confirm that quantitative filling has been carried out using an appropriate display means (not shown), and if the bag is empty or the amount of filling is small, the detection Since the resistance to the rod 25 is weak and the detection rod 25 does not move to the right in FIG. 4 and the detection member 26 does not operate, abnormalities in the filling of the solid filling are appropriately displayed and confirmed by the display means. It is something.

By configuring as described above, the present invention provides a pair of horizontal heat-sealing means for temporarily heat-sealing, which is provided immediately below the cylindrical wall, to hold the solid filling filled into the cylindrical bag. A receiving member and a detecting rod which can move forward and backward with respect to the receiving member by means of a spring are attached through almost the top end portion, and the height of the solid filling inside the cylindrical bag and the filling height of the solid filling in the cylindrical bag are measured in the forward and backward direction of the sensing rod. Since a mechanical detection member consisting of a sensor such as a proximity switch is attached to simultaneously detect the thickness, the pair of horizontal heat sealing means temporarily heat seals the cylindrical bag and at the same time the mechanical detection member Since the height and thickness of the solid filling inside the cylindrical bag can be detected simultaneously, the cylindrical bag can be made of either transparent or opaque materials such as plastic film or paper. Generally, the material is not limited in any way, and the filling amount of solid filler can be measured during the packaging process of filling a cylindrical bag with a predetermined amount of solid filler, and the detection means By making it possible to change the installation position of the cylindrical bag along the transport direction of the cylindrical bag, when the height of the solid filling to be filled into the cylindrical bag changes, that is, the filling amount can be changed. Even if the filling amount is the same, the filling amount can be measured accordingly, and it can be detected and displayed to confirm whether or not the filling amount satisfies the specified amount. It is possible to easily, quickly and reliably determine the quality of a fixed-quantity filling package (empty bag, small amount of filling, etc.) without any restrictions during the constant flow of filling and packaging. It has the advantage of being able to perform work with high efficiency.
