Claims (1)
- 一面に冷凍サイクル系１のエバポレータ３ａを
配設した単数あるいは複数の製氷板２と、貯湯槽
１６で加熱された湯を前記製氷板２の他面に直接
供給すると共に前記製氷板２に添つて流下した解
氷用の湯水を殺菌フイルタ２０を通して再び前記
貯湯槽１６に戻すようにした解氷湯循環系２１と
、貯水槽６から前記製氷板２の一面に添つて流下
した製氷用水を除菌フイルタ１０を通して外部か
らの給水に合せて滅菌液槽１２を備えた貯水槽６
に戻す製氷水循環系１１とを備え、かつ前記各循
環系１１と２１とを切換弁１８を介して単一のポ
ンプ８により交互に製氷板２に供給するようにし
たことを特徴とする製氷装置。
