- 縦断面が凹形状を形成する一方のカーボン電極
と、縦断面がＴ形状を形成し、前記一方のカーボ
ン電極の凹部内に配設される他方のカーボン電極
と、前記一方および他方のカーボン電極間に装着
され、前記一方のカーボン電極の凹形状の内周壁
面と前記他方のカーボン電極のＴ形状の外周壁面
との間に放電ギヤツプを形成させる絶縁キヤツプ
と、この絶縁キヤツプに穿設され前記放電ギヤツ
プを形成する空間を外部に連通させる貫通孔とを
