Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] A base member 14 fixed to a vehicle roof 2 having an opening 3, and an operating lever 13 having one end pivoted to a roof panel 6 that can open/close the opening 3 and cover it detachably. and the first shaft 16 at one end is connected to the base member 14.
