により変形するので、加硫前のデータを加硫ずみ

らの電気信号に合わせて動作し、例えばソレノイ
ド5が「引」側になつたものはゴム面に凸側がつ
くようになる。加硫前データはこのようにしてバ
ーコードに変換形成されるが、加硫データについ
ては加硫データに相当するバーコード溝を予め金
型に直接に刻印しておくか、または加硫前にバー
コード形成用ステンシルを金型に貼付することに
より、タイヤ表面に所望のバーコードを形成する
ことができる。なお、この加硫データのバーコー
ドは、加硫前データのバーコードに隣接した位置
または離れた任意位置に形成され得る。第1図中
Aは加硫前データバーコード形成区域、Bは加硫
データバーコード形成区域を示す。上記グリーン
タイヤに記録されたデータの読取りは、実際の加
硫直前までに行なわれればよいので、前述したよ
うにグリーンタイヤをローダーに吊した状態で行
なつてもよいが、加硫機の金型内に装着した段階
で行なつてもよく、この場合は読取りヘツドが金
