なる軸と、前記位置決めピンをアームと軸受に枢
支される軸材とを介して連結される台車側に取付
けられたハンドルとから成り、該ハンドルの回動
により前記ストツパを前記ラツクの移動規制部位
から揺動により解除することを特徴とする規制部
