【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は空気圧、又はコイルスプリングの弾発
力で弾丸を発射する装置を備えた薬莢に於けるピ
ストン又は弾丸のストツパー釈放装置の改良に関

本発明者はこれまで空気圧、又はコイルスプリ

し、考案してきたが、何れの場合も薬莢の構成部
品数が多くなり、これによつて小型化するに不便
があり、又経済的にも不利があつた。そこで本発
明は弾丸の発射機能を損うことなく、上記したこ
れまでの薬莢の不利、不便を解消することを目的

ると、1は薬莢にして、内方にパツキンリング2
を介してピストン3が嵌装され、下端の開口部に
筒状突起4を上面に設けた底蓋5が固定されてい
る。ピストン3の底面中央には、下方寄に鉤状係
止爪6とその下側を先細りのテーパー部に形成し
た係止片7が設けられているが、この係止片は、
一個を中央下面に設けるとは限らず、背中合せ式
に二個を設けてもよいのである。係止片7の下端
が出入する筒状突起4の上端開口部内方には、係
止片下端の鉤状係止爪6部を掛け止める係止段部
8を設けている。底蓋5の底面中央の開口9より
開口内には、開口内径に適合する外径の猪口状プ
ツシユピース10を嵌装し、これが上端縁10a
を開口内の係止段部8に近く臨ませ、このプツシ
ユピースには両側外壁、又は一方の外壁に沿うて
ピース本体と一体に形成される所定長さの係止片
11が設けられており、この係止片の上端に形成
した係止爪12を、筒状突起4の上端縁に第7図
に示すように係止させるようにしている。尚この
係止片11は、筒状突起の開口内壁に沿うて設け
た係止溝13内に第7図に示すように係合させ
て、プツシユピースが勝手に回動しないようにし
ている。14はコイルスプリング、15は弾丸で

開口内方に嵌合し、下端の鉤状係止爪6が筒状突
起4の上端開口部内方に設けた係止段部8に係止
され、コイルスプリングの弾圧に抗しピストンは
薬莢の内方に第1図に示すように抑止される。斯
くして後、押圧杆を取り去り、薬莢開口部に弾丸
15を挿入して後薬莢を銃身後端に装填し、然る
後、銃の引金を引くと銃の撃鉄はプツシユピース
10の後端面を撃打するのでプツシユピースは瞬
間前進し、上端縁10aは係止片7の下端に形成
される鉤状係止爪6の下方傾斜面部に突き当りこ
れにより、係止片7は第1図実線で示す状態か
ら、鎖線で示すように側方に移動し、その瞬間鉤
状係止爪6は掛け止められていた筒状突起4の係
止段部8から離脱するのでピストンは瞬間コイル
スプリングの弾発力で前進し、薬莢内の空気を圧
縮し、その圧縮空気圧力で弾丸を発射する。若し
第8図に示すように底面に係止片を一体に設けた
弾丸であれば弾丸はコイルスプリングの弾発力で
瞬間的に発射されるのである。上記の作動中、プ
ツシユピース10は瞬間筒状突起の内方を第1図
の実線で示す位置から鎖線で示す位置に前進する
が、筒状突起4の内壁面に設けた係止溝13内に
係止片11が嵌合しているため、勝手に回動変位
することはなく、再度ピストンが移動され、係止
片7の下端鉤状係止爪の傾斜面が前進している係
止片11の前端に当り、押すので係止片11はプ
ツシユピース10を旧位置に戻し、同時に係止爪
12を再び筒状突起4の上端縁に係止させる。こ
れによりプツシユピースは、開口9から脱出する

突起を上面に設けた底蓋を固定し、薬莢の内方
に、下方寄に鉤状係止爪とその下側に先細りのテ
ーパー部を形成した係止片を底面に一体に形成し
た弾丸又はピストンを嵌装し、底蓋に設けた筒状
突起の上端に前記係止片の下端が出入する開口部
を設けてその内方に鉤状係止爪を掛け止める係止
段部を形成し、底蓋の筒状突起に設けた前記開口
部に連なる底面中央の開口から該開口の内径に適
合する外径をもち、上記係止片のテーパー部に係
合する猪口状プツシユピースを嵌装してその上端
縁を開口内方の係止段部に近く臨ませ、猪口状プ
ツシユピースの側壁には前記開口部より突出して
筒状突起の上端縁に掛け止める係止爪をその上端
に設けた係止片を立設し、弾丸又はピストンと底
蓋との間に、上端を弾丸、又はピストンの底面に
圧接し、下端を底蓋上面に支承させてコイルスプ
リングを装置したことを特徴とする薬莢に内装し
た弾丸発射用ピストンのストツパー釈放装置。1.
