Claims (1)
- 最終段シリンダ１１に隣接して密封箱を形成し
たデイスタンスピース第１室１４を設けると共に
、前記第１室１４と前記シリンダ１１の吸込弁１
１１の入口側とを連通管１４２で連通し、前記第
１室１４の前部隔壁１４０と前記第１室１４の後
部隔壁１５０にそれぞれ感温部５１及び６１を挿
入した温度スイツチ５０及び６０を設け、前記隔
壁１４０又は１５０の温度が一定温度以下になつ
たとき、運転を停止できるようにしたことを特徴
とする六弗化ウランガス用真空ポンプの運転管理
装置。
