Claims (1)
- 内部がダイヤフラムにより仕切られて上室と下
室とに区分された弁室と、前記下室に連通して設
けられたガス流入路と、該下室の壁面に穿設され
たガス流出口と、前記ガス流入路においてこれと
前記下室との間のガス流入口に設けられたシート
状の弁座と、この弁座に接離自在に前記ガス流入
路に内装された弁体と、この弁体を前記弁座に気
密に押し付けるガス遮断用弾性体と、前記弁体に
下端を対向させて前記ダイヤフラムに気密に貫装
された弁棒と、この弁棒の上端に対設されたプラ
ンジヤと、このプランジヤに外嵌状態に配設され
たコイルとを具備し、このコイルへの供給電流に
応じた励磁の大小に比例して前記プランジヤおよ
び前記弁棒を通じ前記弁体を前記弾性体に抗して
開くように制御することを特徴とするガス圧力比
例制御ガバナー。
