Claims (1)
- ケーシングと、そのケーシング内に挿入される
と共に接着剤によりそのケーシングに固定されか
つ感知面がケーシングの端面とほぼ面一状とされ
たセンサー部とからなるセンサー本体を有し、上
記ケーシングの端部に液密に外嵌して上記感知面
を覆う合成樹脂製の保護カバーを設け、該保護カ
バーの上記感知面に対向する端面部を薄肉状に形
成し、該端面部と上記感知面との間隙に流動性の
充填剤を充填したことを特徴とするセンサー。
