Claims (1)
- アンダーカツト部をもつ長尺の成形品を成形対
象とする射出成形金型において、成形品の段状部
に係合して成形品取り出し時における成形品の長
手方向の位置ずれを防止するロツクピンをエジエ
クタピンとは別にエジエクタプレートに設けてな
り、前記ロツクピンを、成形品取り出し時におけ
るエジエクタピンのストローク限位置よりも所定
量手前で停止するようにエジエクタプレートにス
ライド可能に支持させるとともに、前記エジエク
タピンとロツクピンとのストロークの差を段状部
の深さよりも小さく設定したことを特徴とする射
出成形金型。
