励振させる正帰還巻線と出力巻線とを有する発振
トランスと、 上記発振トランスの出力巻線から出力される出
力電圧の変化を検出して上記正帰還巻線から上記
スイツチングトランジスタのベースに供給される
ベース電流を入力電源の他端側に分流し、上記出
力電圧が一定となるように制御するベース電流制
