- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 スイツチングトランジスタと、 入力電源の一端と上記スイツチングトランジス
タのコレクタとの間に接続されたコレクタ巻線と
このコレクタ巻線と電磁的に結合されて上記スイ
ツチングトランジスタのコレクタ出力をベース側
に正帰還して上記スイツチングトランジスタを自
励振させる正帰還巻線と出力巻線とを有する発振
トランスと、 上記発振トランスの出力巻線の直流変換出力が
エミツタフオロア回路に入力され、このエミツタ
フオロア回路によりフオトカプラの発光素子が駆
動される一方、この発光素子からの光が入射され
るフオトカプラの受光素子の出力信号に対応して
上記正帰還巻線からスイツチングトランジスタの
ベースに供給されるベース電流を入力電源の他端
側に分流し、上記信号電圧が一定となるように制
御するベース電流制御回路とを備えてなるスイツ
チング電源。
