Claims (1)
- 弁ハウジングと、ソレノイドハウジングとを感
圧ダイアフラムを介して気密に結合するとともに
、該ダイアフラムを二重環状とし、周縁を前記各
ハウジングに挾持させるとともに、中間位置を固
定部に保持し、さらには前記ソレノイドハウジン
グ内に収容されたソレノイドのプランジヤ先端に
設けた弁体を前記感圧ダイアフラムの中心部に一
体化し、前記感圧ダイアフラムの中心部周縁をプ
ランジヤの動作に連動して伸縮させるとともに、
前記ダイアフラムの周縁部をソレノイド作動用の
スイツチに連繋させたことを特徴とするガス遮断
弁。
