Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧力に応答する抵抗素子がブリツジ接続されて
なる半導体圧力センサを、演算増幅器の反転入力
端と出力端間に接続すると共に、演算増幅器の反
転入力端にコモン間に抵抗を介して電圧源を接続
して、前記半導体圧力センサを駆動する半導体圧
力センサの駆動回路において、 前記演算増幅器の非反転入力端に、前記演算増
幅器の出力電圧をより下げるための電圧源を接続
してなることを特徴とする半導体圧力センサの駆
動回路。
