- 酸素センサを構成するジルコニア固体電解質板
にアルミナヒータを一体的に付設する構成におい
て、前記ジルコニア固体電解質板とアルミナヒー
タとの間に、これらの熱膨張差により生じる歪み
を緩和する緩衝剤を介在させてガラス付けにより
一体化したヒータ付酸素センサ。
