  1. ロワーハル船底部に略水平な制水板を吊持して
    成る半潜水式海洋構造物において、上記構造物の
    動揺を検出するセンサーと、同センサーからの検
    出信号に基づき上記船底突出板の突出量を調整す
    る制御手段とを設けたことを特徴とする半潜水式
    海洋構造物の減揺装置。
