Claims (1)
- 十字形又はＴ字形の溶接継手部を有する管枠組
構造物の放物部を側壁の切欠き部で保持し、かつ
上載の蓋いができる治具本体であつて、該治具本
体の底面に向つて複数のシールドガス噴出孔を設
けて底面近傍に配設された１対の供給管と、該供
給管から噴出したシールドガスの第１層流化する
不燃性繊維と、該不燃性繊維を固定するように、
かつシールドガスの第２層流化する多孔板が一体
化して組込まれた前記治具本体と、該治具本体に
前記形状の管枠組構造物の溶接継手部を収納して
前記治具本体を蓋うように取付け、かつ溶接トー
チが前記継手部に回転して溶接可能な開口部を有
したカバーとを具備してなることを特徴とするチ
タン管枠組構造溶接用シールド治具。
