When the valve is closed to stop the supply of steam, the steam accumulated in the supply pipe from the valve to the steam chamber and in the steam chamber cools down over time and becomes water droplets, which adhere to the inner wall surface. In addition, in the supply pipe between the valve and the boiler, when the length of the pipe reaches tens of meters or more in large-scale factories, the steam in the supply pipe near the valve is cooled, and water droplets form on the inner wall of the pipe. It becomes attached. In this state, when the valve is opened to perform ironing next time, the water droplets that have accumulated in the supply pipe and the steam chamber are discharged from the spout hole and scattered together with the steam.

The upper end of the vertical part is closed or opened with a gasket-like valve 5, and the valve 5 is biased downward by a compression spring 7 attached to a vertical shaft 6 on which the valve is attached. It always acts to block the top end of the pipe.

The steam is ejected from countless steam ejection holes 10 formed in the air. In the figure, 12 is a steam trap, and 13 is a cover.

This stops the steam ejection, but even during the stop period, steam is supplied in proportion to the reduced pressure inside the header due to the moisture discharged from the steam trap 12 and the steam discharged a little along with this. The header 2 is kept warm, and the bottom metal 1 is mainly welded to the header.
Through this, the steam chamber 3 is also kept warm to some extent.

が解消される。Effects As described above, with the iron of the present invention, steam is supplied into the header through the supply pipe even when ironing is stopped, so the header is kept warm.
Along with this, the steam chamber is also kept warm, which prevents the steam in the steam chamber from turning into water droplets due to cooling. Moreover, the steam does not accumulate in the supply pipes, and therefore the steam does not turn into water droplets due to cooling inside the supply pipes. Not only is this prevented, but even if the product cools down and becomes water droplets, the water is separated in the header and discharged through the steam trap, so there is no chance of water being spewed out and scattered with steam at the beginning of ironing. It will be resolved.

It consists of a valve 5 and a steam trap 12 installed in a steam/water separation chamber.
When the valve 5 is opened, the steam sent from the boiler to the steam-water separation chamber is passed through the steam chamber and is ejected from the numerous jetting holes 10 formed in the bottom plate 1. When the valve 5 is closed, the steam is sent from the steam trap 12. A steam iron in which steam is supplied to a steam/water separation chamber according to the amount of pressure reduced by the discharged moisture and steam.
