Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain stable data communication ever if faults take place frequently at line connection by providing an automatic communication equipment to cover routine data communication at the start of communication and allowing a control processor to execute normal communication only at the end. CONSTITUTION:The automatic communication equipment 6 receiving a communication request from a line controller 3a gives an instruction to a line controller 3a to use a data bus 13 through a control signal line 21a and a data path from a line to a MODEM 4a, a data line 11a, a line controller 3a, a data bus 13 and an automatic communication equipment 6 is formed. A routine transmission data are extracted from a fixed storage device 7 and sent to the line. After a series of data transmission/reception is finished, the automatic communication equipment 6 sends a control signal 20 to the CPU 1, inhibits the data bus 13 for the operation and enables the data bus 10 at the same time. Then the CPU 1 uses a main storage device 2 and a local storage device 5 to attain normal data communication.

The conventional device can be controlled by one control processor as described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 60-81945! In order to increase the number of fiA and increase the communication speed,
The timer monitoring required for line control was separated from the processor. However, no consideration was given to the fact that a series of routine data communications immediately after line connection increases the burden on the control processor.

In other words, in general, to start data communication, after a line is connected, the calling party and the called party exchange data to confirm whether they are suitable as the communication partner, but there is no way to prevent unauthorized calls. There was a problem in that the efficiency of data communication on other lines that had already started was reduced.

The above purpose is to provide an automatic communication device that has a built-in fixed storage device that stores standard communication procedures, performs standard data communication at the start of communication, and notifies the control processor after completion of the communication so that only normal communication can be performed by the control processor. This is achieved by making people do things.

The automatic communication device performs a line connection operation and starts data communication in response to a communication start request from the line control device. The automatic communication device operates to inform the control processor by an interrupt that the line is in a normal communication state after data is collected at the start of communication. The control processor does not need to be involved at all from the time a communication request is made to the normal communication state on any line, and is freed from processing such as line failures that occur immediately after communication starts, and vR during processing during routine data communication. Therefore, efficient data communication can be promoted.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. One CPU 1 that performs data communication has a main memory connected to it through a data bus 10! 2 and one line control device 64 to 61 are connected to each line control device 34 to 31, and a data line 11 is connected to each line control device 34 to 31.
Modems 4C to 4m are connected through 6 to 111. “Also, a local storage device 5 and an automatic communication device 6 are connected to the CPU 1 through a data bus 12, and a control signal 20 is connected to the CPU 1 via a data bus 12.
It is input to pu1. Jido Tsushin f6 has a built-in fixed storage device 7 containing standard communication procedures, and a data bus 16.
It is connected to the line control devices 36 to 3m through. Furthermore, control signal lines 21cL to 21 full are connected from the automatic communication device 6 to line control devices 5a to 3m. The automatic communication device 6 uses control signal lines 214 to 21f by time-sharing processing.
The communication request from i is monitored and the line control device connected to the line making the request is placed in a communication start state via the control signal line. Here, explanation will be given assuming that a communication request is made from 3α. The automatic communication device 6, which receives the communication from the line control device 3cL, sends a T signal to the line control device 3α to use the data bus 13 via the control signal line 21a, and sends the line to the modem 4α, data edge 11α,
A data path to the line control device 3a, the data bus 10, and Jidotsu Tsushin [6] is formed. Standard transmission data is fixed record 1
1 device 7 and sent to the line. The received data is sent to the local memory 3 device 5 via the data bus 12.

-After the data exchange is completed, the automatic communication device 6 is switched to CPU 1? The ff1J control signal 20 is selected to indicate the line signal to be used and the completion of the operation. data bus 1 at the same time
The priest who uses 5 controls the line fee @ Rikkan 5 so that the data bus 10 can be used. The cpul that received the line number for summer use is stored in the main memory via the data bus 10! t2,
Local memory uses the device 5 to perform normal data communication. According to this embodiment, Cpul is not involved in the data exchange at the start of IM communication, and the data received at the start of communication is not lost, so that efficient data communication can be maintained.
