Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被取付体の壁面を介して互いに連結する液
中振動弁及びボルト締め振動子を備えた超音波洗
浄装置において、前記ボルト締め振動子を貫通し
かつ液中振動弁の内部を通つて当該液中振動弁の
表面に開口する気体又は液体送り用穴を設けたこ
とを特徴とする超音波洗浄装置。 (2) 前記液中振動弁が、円錐状もしくは角錐状
のテーパー面を先端面に有するものであり、前記
気体又は液体送り用穴は前記テーパー面に開口し
ている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の超音
波洗浄装置。
