面図である。図中符号１は励起酸素発生器、２は
過酸化水素水タンク、３はアルカリ性水溶液タン
ク、４は回転子、５は液温測定器、６はモータ、
７はマグネツト、８は光学式回転速度検出器、９
は透過窓、１０はニードルバルブである。

態から該溶液の混合比を検出する装置。 ２ アルカリ性水溶液が水酸化ナトリウム水溶液
である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置
。 ３ アルカリ性水溶液が水酸化カリウム水溶液で
ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置。 ４ 回転子に回転を加える部分にマグネツトを用
いる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置。 ５ 回転子に回転を加える部分に磁性流体でシー
ルドされた回転軸を用いる実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載の装置。
