- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内部にコレクタを収容し、外周面に放熱体を備
えて垂直に配置されたコレクタコアと、該コレク
タコアの側面を包囲して前記放熱体を収容した上
方を解放されたウオータジヤケツトとを少なくと
も具備する蒸発冷却型冷却装置を備えた大電力マ
イクロ波管用コレクタであつて、 前記ウオータジヤケツトの下端部に均等な間隔
を保つて複数の冷却水取り入れ口を備えることを
特徴とする大電力マイクロ波管用コレクタ。
