    ，１４に導電材料製スリーブ１５，１７，２０が
    挿通されて電磁波シールド用導電シート５に電気
    的に接続され、スリーブ１５，１７，２０に配管
    １０，１１またはシールドケーブル１２が挿通せ
    しめられている電磁波シールド室。
