Claims (1)
- 一方向のみに移動可能な機構になつた剛体と、
その可動方向と変位する方向が一定の角度を成し
、一端が固定され他端にはくさび状の剛体を介し
て、くさびの一つの面が可動剛体と接するように
積層型変位素子を複数個可動方向に沿つて並列的
に配したことを特徴とする圧電型直線駆動装置。
