    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 外周面に耐熱離型材料の被覆を有する加熱ロー
    ラと、加熱ローラとの間に現像剤像を担持した転
    写材を通過させて現像剤像を転写材上に定着する
    加圧部材と、加熱ローラの外周面に重力により接
    触して加熱ローラの外周面にオフセツト防止液を
    供給する供給部材とを有する加熱定着装置おいて
    、前記供給部材を温度変化に応じて上下方向に変
    形または復元する支持部材により支持し、加熱ロ
    ーラ温度が所定温度以下のときに前記支持部材の
    変形または復元により前記供給部材を加熱ローラ
    の外周面から離間させることを特徴とする加熱定
    着装置。
