- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 麺類を湯からすくうのに用いる麺類用すく
い網において、当該すくい網の網部および把持部
のうちの少なくとも一方を室温下で変態する形状
記憶合金製線材で形成し、前記網部は前記形状記
憶合金製線材を当該網部が湯温下において逆変態
した際にカツプ状をなすように編みあげかつ形状
記憶熱処理を施してあることを特徴とする麺類用
すくい網。 (2) 前記形状記憶合金製線材は、Ｎｉ―Ｔｉ合
金を素材として用いていることを特徴とする実用
