Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電極保持機構、並びにシールドガス及び溶
    接電流受入口を有する非消耗性溶接電極用トーチ
    において、トーチ主体部を実質的に内包し、溶接
    電極先端を外部へ突出させるためとシールドガス
    を噴出させるための孔を有する耐熱性絶縁ケース
    を備えたことを特徴とする非消耗性溶接電極用ト
    ーチ。 (2) 前記孔が、溶接電極先端と同心の中心孔と
    、この中心孔の周囲をとりまく同心円上に配列さ
    れた複数の小孔とからなり、前記中心孔がシール
    ドガス受入口から遮断され、前記小孔がシールド
    ガス受入口に連通されていることを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の非消耗性溶
    接電極用トーチ。 (3) 前記同心円の直径が前記電極のアークによ
    り形成される被溶接材上の溶融池の直径より大き
    いことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第２
    項に記載の非消耗性溶接電極用トーチ。 (4) 前記孔が、溶接電極先端と同心の単一の孔
    であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項に記載の非消耗性溶接電極用トーチ。 (5) 前記孔の直径が、前記電極のアークにより
    形成される被溶接材上の溶融池の直径より大きい
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第４項
    に記載の非消耗性溶接電極用トーチ。
