は前記閉塞体4の貫通孔3を貫通して外部に突出
し、途中で水平方向へと屈曲しており、このノズ
ル11を覆うよう下面を開口したオーバーキヤツ
プ15を設けるとともに、このオーバーキヤツプ
15は内面に支軸16を垂設してあり、この支軸
16先端がノズル11に枢支されて回動自在とな
り、オーバーキヤツプ15の下端をオーバーキヤ
ツプ15の回動時に閉塞体4の上面に摺接するよ
う形成し、オーバーキヤツプ15を閉じた位置か
ら所定角度回動した時、下面開口部をノズル11
の向いている方向に向けて開放し、オーバーキヤ
ツプ15を閉じた時における支軸16とノズル1
1との枢支部17からオーバーキヤツプ15の下
