- 流動床形成部の上部に連設され気体とともに排
出される粒子を分離して捕集する固・気分離器と
、同固・気分離器の粒子排出側にそれぞれ弁を介
して連設された１対の計量装置付き粒子貯留槽と
、同両粒子貯留槽にそれぞれ弁を介して連設され
前記流動床形成部の下部に連結された粒子供給循
環路を具備したことを特徴とする粒子循環供給装
置。
