入れホツパー内に多数積層して収納されたキヤツ
プを下から順に取出し、これをバキユームパツト
で吸着し、更にキヤツプを半転させると共に下降
させて、バキユームパツト下方に間欠的に搬送さ
れるアイスクリームに被蓋させてなるキヤツプ自
動被蓋装置に関するものである。

リーシリンダー8が取付けられている。

7内に吸着されているために落下することはな
い。半転後、バキユームパツト7は更に下降し
(cの状態)、その下方に間欠搬送されているアイ
スクリーム14を被蓋する位置において停止する
(dの状態)。このとき真空ポンプの作動も停止し
てキヤツプCの真空吸着を解除する。アイスクリ
ーム14にキヤツプCを被蓋するとエアシリンダ
ーA1の作動によつてバキユームパツト7は上昇
し(eの状態)、且つ所定位置まで上昇するとロ
ータリーシリンダー8によつて再度半転して上向
きになり(fの状態)、そのまま元の位置まで上
昇して1サイクルの動作を完了する。前記一連の
動作を繰り返すことによつて間欠的に搬送される
アイスクリームにキヤツプを自動的に被蓋させる
ことが可能となる。
