Claims (1)
- オーブン本体庫内３の下方に下火バーナ４を設
け、そのやや上方に食品を載せる熱板５を取付け
てなるガスオーブンにおいて、上記庫内３の上方
には、上記下火バーナと連通すると共に強制送風
式ガスバーナ１１に連設させ、且つ下部に多数の
小孔１２を穿設して上記ガスバーナからの加熱空
気を分散噴出する両櫛状の分配管１３と、上記分
配管を収容すると共に多数の小孔を底部に穿設し
て上記分配管からの加熱空気を更に分散して下方
に噴出させる分配函体１６と、更に上記分配函体
の下方に配設されて上記函体からの加熱空気によ
り均一に加熱される結果、遠赤外線が均一に放射
されるようにした放射板１７とを有してなる遠赤
外線放射装置１０を備えたガスオーブン。
