- 交流電源電圧の零電圧点を基点とする信号を発
生する第１の信号発生手段と、上記信号が定レベ
ルを継続するか否かを判定する判定手段と、上記
判定に応じて交流電源の停電と非停電に対応した
２値化信号を発生する第２の信号発生手段とを備
えたことを特徴とする交流停電検出回路。
