Traditionally, baghouses have been operated without moisture, but when the cloth absorbs water or moisture due to condensation due to the drop in gas temperature during operation, dust adhering to the cloth becomes stuck. However, the dust is not removed properly, resulting in an increase in pressure loss and a decrease in suction air volume.Furthermore, even after the moisture has dried, the dust does not come off and the cloth needs to be replaced. For these reasons, advance detection of moisture is absolutely necessary, and from the standpoint of protecting fabrics, a reliable and simple dew condensation detection device has been desired.

In order to achieve this purpose, the present invention
It comprises a cloth housed in the casing of the baghouse and attached to the conductive metal part of the bottom plate by a conductive band, and supplies power between the band and the metal part, and also provides a cloth between the power supply and the band. The structure is equipped with a relay.

The figure is a simplified configuration diagram showing an embodiment of a dew condensation detection device in a baghouse casing according to the present invention.
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a cylindrical cloth suspended inside the casing of the baghouse.
It is attached via. Note that the metal fitting portion 2a and the band 3 must be made of metal and have electrical conductivity.

In this embodiment, in the above-described configuration, the cloth 1 absorbs the moisture present in the metal part 2a at the lower part of the cloth 1, and the metal part 2a and the band 3 become electrically conductive. The feature lies in the configuration used. That is, if there is moisture in the bottom plate 2, the cloth 1 will absorb moisture (wet) due to the capillary action of the cloth 1 attached to the metal part 2a by the band 3. As a result, the metal fitting part 2
There is a current leakage (conductivity) between a-cloth 1 and band 3.

Therefore, the power source 4 is connected between the band 3 and the metal part 2a.
If a leakage relay (or general relay) 5 is installed between the power source 4 and the band 3, it is possible to detect the presence or absence of condensation or moisture inside the casing without entering the inside of the casing while the bag filter is in operation. If detected, it is possible to issue an alarm or display to protect the cloth 1, and to take measures such as stopping the device or bypassing the processing gas.

As explained above, according to the dew condensation detection device in a baghouse casing according to the present invention, when dew condensation occurs at the bottom of the baghouse casing, the cloth absorbs water and becomes conductive, so that the metal fittings can be detected. ,
Since the presence of moisture is electrically detected between the cloth and the band, it is possible to confirm the presence or absence of dew condensation inside the baghouse casing as quickly as possible.
