Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily transmit control information on an international line group and the like by using one or two trunk devices for inter-office call which are normally provided many in one exchange in order to transmit control information. CONSTITUTION:For transmitting control information from a BGS2 to an AGS1 of two international telephone exchanges (AGS and BGS) 1 and 2, for example, a CPU14 in the BGS2 connects a multi-frequency signal receiver (SDR) 12 for idle domestic line and a trunk device (TRK) 11 for the domestic line which is designated for transmitting control information through an SW10, and similarly to the domestic line, it transmits a seizing signal to the TRK11 in the AGS1. The CPU14 in the AGS1 connects the TRK11 and an idle multi-frequency signal receiver (RTC) 13 through the SW10. Then, the CPU14 in the BGS2 indicates the SDR12 to transmit engaged-or-not-engaged-information of a line group to be transmitted in accordance with a format, and the CPU14 in the AGS1 receivers engaged-or-not-engaged-information on the line group in accordance with the format of control information.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention is a control information transmission method, particularly a system used for transmitting control information such as a group of lines between a plurality of international telephone exchanges installed in the same country. This invention relates to a control information transmission method.

Conventionally, this type of control information transmission has been carried out by obtaining in advance information such as the busy state of all outgoing lines or failure status of other international telephone exchanges in the same country, and transmitting the control information via that international telephone exchange. This is used to prevent requests for international connection from being made repeatedly even though connection is not possible when attempting to establish an international connection. Therefore, although the amount of information is small compared to the total amount of control information for each call, it is essential for efficiently handling switching connections. Therefore, the domestic common line signaling system is used between international telephone exchanges to send and receive information on line groups, but if the national common line signaling system is not adopted, digital communication is carried out between these exchanges. Although the speed is relatively low, a dedicated data transmission device such as a data line or an analog data line using a modulator/demodulator is provided to send and receive the above information.

However, the conventional dedicated data transmission equipment described above requires dedicated equipment such as transmitting/receiving equipment connected to the line and input/output equipment installed in the exchange, and furthermore, it is relatively easy to introduce these equipment. Even in exchanges using the storage program control system, which are considered to be the same, there is a problem in that it requires significant changes or additions to the programs for controlling these devices.

On the other hand, when the TRKII of the AGSI receives the activation signal from the partner TRKII, it notifies the CPU 14 of activation. Therefore, this CPU 14 knows that it is the activation of TRKII for transmitting control information, and connects TRK 11 and the vacant REC 13 via 5WIO, and also connects this RECl 3
The CPU processes the received signal as control information.

Instructs the 5DR12 to transmit the blockage information of the line group to be transmitted according to the format shown in Figure 2. At this time, the number of digits sent from the 5DR12 is 4 digits per line group times the number of line groups to be transmitted. , which is different from the normal number of selected numbers. Further, in the AGSI, the numbers received by REClB are sequentially sent to the CPU 14, and the CPU 14 obtains the blockage information of the line group according to the format of the control information.

As explained above, the present invention does not require the installation of dedicated data transmission equipment, and uses just one or two trunk devices for inter-office calls, which are usually installed in large numbers in one exchange, for this purpose. This makes it possible to transmit a relatively small amount of control information by reusing the selection signal, which has the effect of requiring almost no additional equipment and fewer changes to the processing program. .
