- 単相全波のダイオード整流ブリツジの交流入力
側を双方向サイリスタを介して交流電源に接続し
、直流側端子には１個のダイオードを同極性に並
列に接続した事を特徴とする単相交流入力、移相
制御方式の直流出力サイリスタスイツチ。
