- 軟質の接着部材を介してバツキングプレートに
ターゲツトをボンデイングしたスパツタリングタ
ーゲツト構造において、上記バツキングプレート
とターゲツトとの間に、上記接着部材層を均一か
つ所望の厚みに形成するためのスペーサーを配設
したことを特徴とするスパツタリングターゲツト
構造。
