Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一体形ケーシング内に２段以上のロータを内蔵
    する単機多段形油冷式スクリユ圧縮機において、
    ガス流路にエコノマイザから戻した低温流体を供
    給する低温流体供給手段と、その上流側のガスか
    ら分離した油を油溜り、油冷却器を介して低段側
    のロータ室内へ戻す油帰還ラインとを少なくとも
    いずれかの各段間に設けたことを特徴とする単機
    多段形油冷式スクリユ圧縮機。
