Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 給紙カセツトから順次給送されてくる紙葉材に
    画像を形成した後給紙部上方から排出する画像形
    成装置において、前記給紙カセツト本体に対し該
    本体を被閉する第１位置と開放する第２位置との
    間を自在に往復回動可能に設けられた排紙トレイ
    兼用給紙カセツト蓋と、前記給紙カセツトを前記
    給紙部に装着した際に前記給紙カセツト蓋を前記
    第１位置と前記第２位置の間であつて裏面に排出
    された紙葉材を積載可能な中間位置に弾性体を介
    して支持する支持部材と、前記給紙カセツト蓋が
    積載する紙葉類の重力により回動し前記第２位置
    に位置したことを検知する検知部材とを有するこ
    とを特徴とする画像形成装置。
