Claims (1)
- シリンダチユーブとエンドカバーによつて形成
されたシリンダ室内をシリンダチユーブに沿つて
気密に摺動するピストンを備えたエアシリンダに
おいて、ピストンに固定されたピストンロツド上
のピストン側面にクツシヨンカラーを備え、前記
エンドカバーには給排気ポートに連通する空孔と
該空孔の開口部に配設された封口手段を備えると
ともに、前記エンドカバーにはシリンダ室と給排
気ポートとの連通径路の途中に排気リリーフ弁を
設け、かつ、シリンダ室と前記吸排気ポートとの
間に設けられた別の連通径路の途中には固有絞り
通路切換手段を併設したことを特徴とする空気圧
シリンダ。
