Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被測定物上に形成された画像を観察するマ
    イクロスコープ部と、該マイクロスコープ部によ
    り観察した観察画像個所と同一個所の画像光を受
    光部により受光しその情報に基づく測定結果を表
    示する測定装置部と、前記マイクロスコープ部の
    観察から前記測定装置部による測定への切換に伴
    つて前記マイクロスコープ部からの逆流光の前記
    受光部への進入を遮蔽する遮蔽部材とを具備して
    成る可搬式画像状態測定装置。 (2) 前記マイクロスコープ部の光路に全反射ミ
    ラーを移動可能に設け、該マイクロスコープ部の
    光路に該反射ミラーを移動せしめたとき、被測定
    位置からの光が受光素子に入射せしめるとともに
    、マイクロスコープ部よりの逆流光を遮蔽するよ
    うにしたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の可搬式画像状態測定装置。 (3) 前記マイクロスコープの光路に受光素子を
    挿脱自在に設け、該マイクロスコープの光軸内に
    受光素子を挿入したとき測光可能となすとともに
    、マイクロスコープ部よりの逆流光を遮蔽するこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の可搬式画像状態測定装置。
