This invention relates to an improvement in a gas-liquid mixing device that feeds gas, turns the gas layer generated on the surface of the cylindrical body into fine bubbles by friction with the liquid in the tower body, and disperses the bubbles in the liquid.

の要因となつていた。 Conventionally, an example of this type of device as shown in FIG. 1 has been known. The rotor 1 is rotated by driving the drive pulley 3 using external power (not shown), and the inlet pipe is compressed in advance by a separately provided compressor (not shown). The structure is such that the gas introduced into the rotor 1 through the rotor 1 is formed into fine bubbles and dispersed in the liquid. Therefore, in order for this device to work efficiently and over a long period of time, it is essential that the rotor 1 rotates smoothly and in a well-balanced manner. The solid matter contained therein may adhere non-uniformly to the surface of the rotor 1, causing the rotor 1 to become unbalanced, resulting in increased vibrations and a cause of decreased performance and shortened service life.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a gas-liquid mixing device that prevents this.

In FIG. 2, a rotor 1 fixed to the upper end of a drive shaft 2 concentrically with the shaft 2 has a top wall 1a and a peripheral wall. 1b, and a Teflon coating 5 is applied to the entire outer surface of both walls 1a, 1b and the inner surface of the peripheral wall 1b near the lower end opening.

とくの状態におかれるからである。 This gas-liquid mixing device has a drive pulley 3 attached to the lower end of the shaft 2, similar to the conventional device described above.
is driven using external power (not shown) to rotate the rotor 1 including the shaft 2, while feeding pressurized gas into the rotor 1 from the introduction pipe 4, making the gas into bubbles and dispersing it in the liquid. The rotor 1
Since the Teflon coating 5 is applied to the surface, the solid matter will not adhere to the rotor 1.
It becomes possible to maintain the balance of the rotor 1 in a good state over a long period of time. In addition, rotor 1
Parts of the surface that were not coated were the inner surface of the top wall 1a and the peripheral wall 1b.
Pressure gas is blown from the inlet pipe 4 onto the upper part of the inner surface, and turbulence is generated as the gas and liquid mix, so that the end part is constantly cleaned during operation. It is from.
