Claims (1)
- 複数の光束を作成する光束作成手段と、該光束
の透過または遮断により異常を検出する検出手段
とを有する安全装置において、前記光束作成手段
は発光体と該発光体の光を集光するレンズと該レ
ンズと発光体とが取付けられ前記発光体の発する
光の光路に横長のスリツト状の孔が設けられた第
１の基体を有する投光部と、前記光の受光体と該
受光体へ前記光を集光するレンズと該受光体とレ
ンズが取付けられ前記光の光路に横長にスリツト
状に孔が設けられた第２の基体とを有する受光部
とを具備してなることを特徴とする安全装置。
