４は調整用ねじである。なお、図中同一あるいは
相当部分には同一符号を付して示してある。

Claims (1)
- 一端から軸方向に切込みの入つた導電性の円筒
形状物と、上記円筒形状物の内壁で一端が固定さ
れた導電性線材の束と、上記円筒形状物の外側に
軸方向に１ケ所を切離したリング状物と、上記リ
ング状物の切離した両側を直接ねじでつなぎ、リ
ング状物の内径を調整する調整用ねじとを備えた
ことを特徴とする表面観察器用試料台。
