Claims (1)
- 金属フレームに、該金属フレームと線膨張率の
異なる材料のレールを取付け、アームを取付けた
スライドユニツトの前進後退作動を前記レールに
より案内するようにした高温作業用ロボツトにお
いて、前記レールを、長さ方向に複数本に分割す
るとともにこれらを直線状に配列して取付けたこ
とを特徴とする高温作業用ロボツト。
