Claims (1)
- 液槽内に、ら旋状に形成され、かつら旋の軸線
が液槽の上下方向に沿う冷媒管を設置した低温槽
において、前記冷媒管の少なくとも一部を銅など
の熱伝導率の大きい金属で被覆し、この被覆金属
にフインを接続して該フインを上下方向に配列す
ると共に、フイン相互を接続し、かつフインの伝
熱面積を上位から下位にかけて漸次減少させたこ
とを特徴とする熱衝撃試験の低温槽。
