第３図は調合装置の作用を示す説明図である。 図中１は調合装置、３は容器本体、５は油容器
、１１は回転軸、１３は撹拌部材、２７は油通路
を構成するリブ、２７ａは油吐出口、２７ｂは油
取入口、２７ｃは中空部、３１は駆動部材として
の電動モータ、４１は被調合材料である。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被調合材料が投入される容器本体と、 前記容器本体内にて回転可能に支持された回転
軸に固着された撹拌部材と、 前記回転軸に着脱可能に取付けられ、外周の上
部に油取入口と、また下部に油吐出口とを有する
油通路が設けられた油容器と、 前記回転軸に連結され、前記撹拌部材と油容器
とを一体的に所要の方向へ回転させる駆動部材と
、 を備えたことを特徴とする乳化状調味料の調合装
置。 (2) 前記油通路は、前記油容器の内周面或いは
外周面にて上下方向へ延びるように形成された中
空部からなり、該中空部の上端には油容器内と連
通する油取入口が、また下端には外部と連通する
油吐出口が夫々形成された実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載の乳化状調味料の調合装置。
