Claims (1)
- 前面をパネル部とする直方体状の測定器本体ケ
ースの一側面に取付けられ一端に湾曲部を有する
板バネで構成したジヤツク、一端に熱電対を有し
他端に前記ジヤツクに差し込まれるプラグを有す
るプローブ、前記本体ケースの一側面に取付けら
れた冷接点補償用のトランジスタ、及び前記板バ
ネと冷接点補償用のトランジスタに接触しこれら
を等温化するアルミナで構成した板体の等温板、
前記板バネと冷接点補償用のトランジスタ及び等
温板を覆うように前記ケースの一側面に取付けら
れ前記ジヤツクに接触するプラグ差込口を有する
カバーよりなる熱電対温度計。
