Claims (1)
- 光学分析用の試料を収納する試料収納部及びこ
の試料収納部に誘導熱を加える加熱コイルを有す
る光学分析試料調整装置において、前記試料収納
部に対し揺動運動及び回転運動を与える駆動機構
部を有し、前記試料の加熱中にこの試料を揺動、
回転させて分析試料を得るようにしたことを特徴
とする光学分析試料調整装置。
